We send all new Customers a welcoming email to provide a password and to verify your email address (username). At this point, your account is active and you will be able to order online. Customers can also receive our CBD Northwest Newsletter, an electronic newsletter, which serves to update you on new products available, address frequently asked questions and share product specific information. Correcting/Updating Personal Information If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your address or telephone number), there are several options available.
