How do I return an item?

All sales of CBD Northwest products are considered final unless the product has been damaged in shipping.

CBD Northwest only accepts returns of products damaged during shipping within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling are considered the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the cost of exchange. Products that have been otherwise altered or opened in any way are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
